Direct Support Professional I (Center Support)
The Direct Support Professional I — Center Support is an entry-level, non-driver position that provides person-centered direct care while serving as the designated facility opener and closer. The employee supports client arrivals and departures, daily center setup, activities, meals, personal care, documentation, sanitation, and community outings.
This employee does not drive company vehicles but is required to ride with assigned groups and actively assist clients and staff during community outings. The role works under direct supervision and must demonstrate all required competencies before performing duties independently
Direct Support Professional I (Direct Care & Transportation)
The Direct Support Professional I — Direct Care & Transportation is an entry-level, driver-qualified position providing person-centered direct care and non-medical transportation to adults with developmental disabilities. The employee supports daily routines, activities, community participation, meals, personal care, documentation, facility care, and safe client transportation.
The role works under direct supervision while learning Tri-More procedures, client-specific needs, routes, documentation standards, and safe vehicle practices. Independent assignments may begin only after required training and competency verification.
Direct Support Professional II
The Direct Support Professional II is an experienced, driver-qualified frontline professional who independently provides high-quality person-centered direct care and non-medical transportation. The DSP II demonstrates consistent competency, initiative, sound judgment, accurate documentation, safe driving, active engagement, and dependable follow-through.
DSP II is the middle tier in Tri-More’s DSP career pathway. The employee takes ownership of assigned client groups, routes, activities, documentation, cleaning duties, and operational tasks with less routine direction than DSP I. The DSP II may assist newer employees when directed but does not hold formal supervisory authority.
Direct Support Professional III
The Direct Support Professional III is Tri-More’s senior, driver-qualified frontline DSP. The DSP III performs all essential direct-care and transportation duties while serving as a peer mentor, advanced activity and outing leader, role model, and trusted operational resource for the DSP team.
The DSP III helps reinforce approved procedures, supports new-employee learning, anticipates routine operational needs, identifies service-quality risks, and communicates recommendations to the Team Lead Supervisor. The position provides peer leadership but does not hold formal authority to discipline, evaluate, schedule, or make employment decisions.
Facilities Coordinator
The Facilities Coordinator is a hands-on facilities and environmental-services professional responsible for helping maintain a clean, safe, sanitary, organized, and welcoming environment at Tri-More Community, LLC. This position completes daily cleaning, scheduled deep cleaning, vehicle cleaning and sanitation, supply organization, routine facility inspections, and approved minor maintenance tasks.
Working under the direction of the Facilities Manager, the Facilities Coordinator follows established schedules and checklists, documents completed work, reports hazards and repair needs promptly, and helps ensure that the building, vehicles, equipment, and support spaces are ready for exceptional client services each day.
